Cool Tools.
Cool Schools.
The Rules.

A one-day community gathering on how North Central Washington uses AI well — for our students, our small businesses, and our towns. We don't ban it. We don't blindly trust it. We govern it like we engineer it.

Five scenarios, one rule

A camp for everyone who walks in the door

Thirty-five hands-on mini-camps, built from five real NCW scenarios. The human stays in the driver's seat. AI does the painful work. Always truth-grounded. Two more lanes — utility & data center, and tribal members — get their own tables at the morning workshop.

Two futures

Maria's future, or Jake's future

Both are real. Both are happening in American schools this year. Which one North Central Washington gets is not automatic — it depends on the tools we choose and the rules we write.

The difference between them isn't talent or money. It's a human in the loop, a written policy, and the habit of keeping the receipts.

After the Expo

Keep learning — the community courses

One day sets the stakes; the habit is built over time. Short, hands-on learning paths from the AiGovOps community carry the same idea forward — capabilities, the read/act line, and turning a principle into a control you can run.

Those courses live on the AiGovOps community platform, alongside the people running this same playbook in other small places. Join the community
